Excel 转 PDF 的常见用法与效果边界
最常用的是「表格定稿归档」。工资表、排班表、财务报表、投标报价表发给对方或存档前，转成 PDF 可以防止被改动、版式在对方设备上不会错位。
分页怎么算。以工作簿自身的页面设置为准（页边距、纸张、方向、打印区域）：设置了打印区域只导该区域，大表格按页面设置自然跨页。如果转换出来分页不符合预期，建议在 Excel 里先「页面布局 → 打印区域 / 调整为 1 页宽」设置好再转换。
公式与格式。PDF 展示的是公式的计算结果（数值），公式本身不可再编辑；单元格样式、图表会保留。单文件上限 20MB，超过请拆分工作表或清理无效数据。输入也可以是 LibreOffice / OpenOffice 的 OpenDocument 表格 .ods（WPS 也能打开），走同一条服务端排版链路、同样是 20MB 上限。

Every other tool on this site processes locally in your browser and your files never leave the machine; but turning Excel into PDF needs a server-side layout engine to render sheets into pages per the page setup, and a pure browser cannot reach the same fidelity - so this tool is one of the upload exceptions. The uploaded file serves this one conversion only: not stored, not retained, deleted the moment the conversion finishes, and seen by no one.
Pagination follows the workbook's own page setup - margins, paper, orientation, print area: with a print area set only that area exports, and big tables flow across pages per the setup. If the result is not what you expected, first set Page Layout - Print Area / fit to 1 page wide in Excel, then convert.
All supported. Input can be .xlsx (Excel 2007 and later), legacy .xls (Excel 97-2003), or the OpenDocument spreadsheet .ods from LibreOffice / OpenOffice (WPS opens these too). The PDF shows the computed results of formulas - the formulas themselves are no longer editable. The cap is 20MB per file, the same for all three formats; beyond it, split the sheets or clean up junk data.
Common workbooks take seconds to a dozen or so; a large sheet can take up to about a minute and a half. A workbook with an open password cannot be converted - remove the password first. If a conversion fails, the page says why, and your original file stays untouched.
