PPT 转 PDF 的常见用法与效果边界
最常用的是「定稿分发」。面试自我介绍、项目答辩、培训材料发给对方之前，转成 PDF 可以保证在对方设备上版式不变、不会误触编辑。宣讲与投标场景尤其常用。
转换效果如何。每张幻灯片的版式、文字、图表与图片都会保留；但幻灯片的动画与切换效果是播放行为、不是版面内容，PDF 不会保留；嵌入的视频和音频也不会保留（可能只留下封面帧）。重要材料建议转换后先打开核对再使用。
格式与大小限制。支持 .pptx（PowerPoint 2007 及以后）、旧版 .ppt（PowerPoint 97-2003），以及 LibreOffice / OpenOffice 的 OpenDocument 演示文稿 .odp（WPS 也能打开）。PPT 常内嵌大图与视频，.pptx / .ppt 单文件上限放宽到 50MB；.odp 走通用的 20MB 上限，超过请删除不需要的媒体再转换。

Every other tool on this site processes locally in your browser and your files never leave the machine; but turning PPT into PDF needs a server-side layout engine to render the slides onto pages, and a pure browser cannot reach the same fidelity - so this tool is one of the upload exceptions. The uploaded file serves this one conversion only: not stored, not retained, deleted the moment the conversion finishes, and seen by no one.
Each slide keeps its layout, text, charts and pictures; but slide animations and transitions are playback behavior, not page content - the PDF does not keep them; embedded video and audio are not kept either, at most leaving a poster frame. For important material, open the result and check it before use.
All supported. Input can be .pptx (PowerPoint 2007 and later), legacy .ppt (PowerPoint 97-2003), or the OpenDocument presentation .odp from LibreOffice / OpenOffice (WPS opens these too). Since decks often embed big images and videos, the cap for .pptx / .ppt is loosened to 50MB per file (other documents stay at 20MB), while .odp keeps the general 20MB cap; beyond it, strip unneeded media and convert again.
Common decks take seconds to a dozen or so; many pages or heavy media can stretch to about a minute and a half. A file with an open password cannot be converted - remove the password first. If a conversion fails, the page says why, and your original file stays untouched.
