PDF 加页码的常见用法
打印与装订。纸质材料一旦散页就很难复原顺序，尤其是多份材料一起提交时。给每页打上「1 / 12」这样的页码，评审翻页对不上能立刻发现，也能避免装订顺序出错。这种场景建议用底部居中、字号 10~12pt、颜色用深灰而不是纯黑，打印出来醒目又不抢正文。
提交材料要求连续页码。不少政企报名、职称评审、投标文件明确要求"整份材料连续编号"。如果你的正文是一份、附件是另一份，可以先把它们合并，再统一加页码；也可以分两次处理，把第二份的「起始页码」设成正文最后一页的下一页，页码就能接上。
合并多个 PDF 后统一编号。多来源文件各自的页眉页脚往往不一致。合并后用本工具统一加一遍页码，视觉上才像一份完整文档；如果各来源原本已带页码，新页码会叠加在空白边距处，建议先把边距调大一点（例如 30~40pt），避开原有页脚。
封面、目录不编号。最常见的做法是把「跳过前 N 页」设成 1 或 2：封面和目录保持干净，正文从第 1 页开始编号。若你希望正文页码与 PDF 的实际页序一致（即封面算第 1 页，只是不显示页码），把「起始页码」设成跳过页数加一即可。
为什么中文页码要"画成图"。浏览器端的 PDF 库自带字体只覆盖西文，直接写中文会编码失败。本工具改用系统字体绘制后转成透明图片叠加，因此中文格式的字形可能与原文略有差异、清晰度取决于字号大小；对页码这类小字完全够用。只要格式里不含中文（如 1、1 / 5、Page 1 of 5），就会使用矢量文字，放大不糊。
关于隐私：编号过程完全在你的浏览器内完成，PDF 不会被上传到任何服务器——可在浏览器开发者工具的 Network 面板核验没有文件上传请求。合同、成绩单、身份证这类材料可以放心处理。原文件不会被修改，输出是一份新的 PDF。

Numeric format is vector text: it barely adds size, and existing page content is neither re-encoded nor recompressed; the Chinese format embeds a tiny transparent image per page (typically 2-6KB per page), so even with many pages the growth stays modest.
Increase the 'margin' (e.g. 36-48pt) or pick another position. Some PDFs have inconsistent footer positions from page to page - scans especially - so you may need a try or two to find a good spot; regenerating never modifies your original file, so feel free to experiment.
Set 'skip the first N pages' to 1 (set 2 if the cover and the table of contents should both be unnumbered). Skipped pages get no mark at all, and the numbering of the rest is unaffected.
Yes. Fill in a range in 'number only this range', e.g. 3-10 or 3-10,15, and only those pages get numbers. Parts beyond the total page count are trimmed automatically with a notice and never cause a failure.
PDFs with an open password cannot be parsed in the browser. First open the file in a reader (Adobe Acrobat, the system preview, etc.), save a copy without the password, then add page numbers to that copy.
