CSV 转 Excel 的常见用法与效果边界
最常用的是「导出数据变成能编辑的表」。系统导出的 CSV、数据库导出的查询结果、第三方平台下载的明细表，转成 .xlsx 之后才能方便地写公式、做透视表、调列宽与格式。
中文编码怎么处理。服务器会自动识别 UTF-8 与 GB18030 两种常见编码：Windows 版 Excel 导出的 CSV 多为 GB18030、现代开发工具导出的多为 UTF-8，两种都不会乱码。更少见的编码（如 Big5、Shift-JIS）识别可能失败，建议先用本站「乱码修复」转成 UTF-8 再来转换。
分隔符与字段包裹。最稳的是逗号分隔的 .csv：字段里本身含逗号、引号或换行时，标准 CSV 会用双引号把这些字段包起来，这种写法可以正常解析。.tsv（制表符分隔）同样支持——服务端按扩展名决定按逗号还是按制表符分列，中文编码也一并自动识别。本页不做「自动猜分隔符」：如果文件内容与扩展名不符（例如分号分隔却存成 .csv），可能整行被当成一个单元格，请先把分隔符统一成逗号。
转出来是什么样。每个 CSV 文件转成一个工作簿，数据按行列写入，文本按文本存（不强行把「0012」变成数字 12 之外的额外加工）。数值与日期是否被识别成数字/日期，取决于单元格内容本身的写法与 Excel 的解析习惯——需要严格保留原始文本时，请把该列在 Excel 里设为文本格式后再粘贴。

Yes. Most tools on this site run locally in your browser and files never leave your machine, but CSV-to-Excel needs a real spreadsheet engine to produce a proper .xlsx workbook - cells, data types and encoding all written to the Excel specification - which a browser cannot match. This page is one of the upload exceptions. Your file serves only this conversion: not written to any database, not retained on the server (deleted the moment conversion finishes), never sent to any third party. If a file is too sensitive to even pass through a conversion service, open the CSV locally in Excel / WPS and save it as .xlsx instead.
No. The server auto-detects the two common encodings, UTF-8 and GB18030 (CSVs exported from Excel on Windows are mostly GB18030, modern tools mostly UTF-8), and Chinese is written into the workbook as-is. Fair warning: rarer encodings such as Big5 or Shift-JIS may fail to detect - run the file through our mojibake-repair tool to convert it to UTF-8 first.
Both are supported. The server picks the delimiter by file extension: .csv splits on commas, .tsv on tabs, and either writes correctly into Excel; Chinese encodings (UTF-8 / GB18030) are auto-detected as well. Note: this page does not guess the delimiter - if the content does not match the extension (semicolon-separated content saved as .csv, say), the whole row can land in one cell. Align delimiter with extension first: commas in .csv, tabs in .tsv.
20MB per file; above it the page tells you before uploading, sparing your bandwidth. Typical failures with their messages: unsupported format or direction (400), file over 20MB (413), conversion quota reached (429, try again later), file corrupt or encrypted (502), conversion timeout (504, the file may be too large), service temporarily unavailable (503). A failure never modifies your original file - shrink it or swap the file and retry.
