本站其它工具都在你的浏览器里本地处理、文件不出本机；但 CSV 转 PDF 需要服务端排版引擎把成千上万行数据分页、把中文字体嵌进 PDF，纯浏览器做不到同等效果，因此它是本站少数需要上传的工具之一。 上传的文件只用于这一次转换：不写入数据库、不留存在服务器（转换完成立即删除）、不上传到任何第三方、不会被任何人看到。 如果你的文件敏感到「连我们自己都不能经手」，请在本地用 Excel / WPS 打开 CSV 后「另存为 / 导出 PDF」完成。

CSV 转 PDF 的常见用法与效果边界
最常用的是「把数据表变成能直接发出去的文件」。导出的报表、名单、对账单、价目表发给对方或打印归档时，PDF 不会因为对方没装软件、字体缺失而错位，也不会被随手改掉。
CSV 本身不含任何排版信息。CSV / TSV 是纯文本：字体、字号、颜色、列宽、合并单元格、单元格格式都不存在于文件里（这也是它通用、好处理的原因）。所以 PDF 的样式由服务端排版引擎的默认设置决定——只保证内容正确、能看清、能打印，不保证与你原来在 Excel 里看到的样子一致。需要精细版式，请在 Excel / WPS 里打开 CSV、调好列宽与打印设置，再用「另存为 PDF」或本站「Excel 转 PDF」。
分页规则是固定的 A4 纵向。列数多、行数多的表会自动跨页：行多向下分页，列宽超出一页时会被横向切开（可能某一列被切到下一页）。如果你的表特别宽，建议先在 Excel 里删掉无用列、或把纸张改成横向再导出。
分隔符按扩展名判定。`.csv` 按逗号分列、`.tsv` 按制表符分列；不做"自动猜分隔符"，所以请让内容与扩展名一致（逗号内容用 .csv、制表符内容用 .tsv）。字段里含逗号、引号、换行时，标准 CSV 用双引号包住字段，这种写法能正常解析。

It uploads - but only for this one conversion. Most tools on this site run locally in your browser and the files never leave your machine; CSV-to-PDF, however, needs a server-side layout engine to paginate and embed Chinese fonts into the PDF - a pure browser cannot match that result, so this page is one of the upload exceptions. Uploaded files serve only the conversion: not written to any database, not retained on the server (deleted the moment it finishes), never sent to any third party, seen by nobody. If a file is too sensitive to pass even through a conversion service, open it locally in Excel / WPS and export PDF there.
No. The server auto-detects the two common encodings UTF-8 and GB18030 (CSVs exported by Excel on Windows are usually GB18030, modern tools usually UTF-8) and pins the character set explicitly during conversion, so Chinese lands in the PDF as-is; the PDF embeds Chinese fonts, so it never turns into tofu boxes on any device. Rarer encodings (Big5, Shift-JIS) may fail detection - run them through our mojibake repair tool to convert to UTF-8 first.
Layout is fixed: A4 portrait with automatic pagination, server default fonts and column widths. To be explicit: a CSV carries no font, color, column-width or merged-cell information at all, so there is no such thing as preserving the original layout - the PDF guarantees content correct cell by cell, readable and printable. Long rows paginate downward; overly wide tables are split horizontally. The header shows the sheet name (for CSV / TSV that is your file name) and the footer shows page numbers - the layout engine's default page style; this tool offers no customization. 20MB per file; above it the page blocks the upload before sending any request, so no bandwidth or conversion quota is wasted. Each IP has hourly and daily conversion caps - past them you are asked to try later. On failure the page states the reason: unsupported format or direction, file over the cap, corrupt file, conversion timeout, service temporarily unavailable. A failed conversion never modifies your original file - switch files, shrink it, and retry.
